ATOM Mobility provides white-label (branded) mobility technologies ready to be deployed in 20 days. We specialise in 3 core markets - vehicle sharing (which includes scooter, bike, car, moped and other vehicle sharing), digital rental (long-term rental, mainly of cars) and ride-hailing (digital taxi platform). You can launch 1 product, or you can mix them.
Academy units can be consumed in a self-paced method, however, we recommend watching 2 or 3 units per day for a total of 1,5 - 2 weeks.
No, ATOM Mobility Hub does not directly invest in the selected companies. However, the program will try to help you to fundraise. Some of the top teams might even get fast-tracked for crowdfunding campaigns or receive financial prizes.
ATOM Mobility offers three core products - Vehicle sharing, Digital rental and Ride-hailing.
Vehicle sharing is suited for on-demand vehicle operations of all kinds (scooters, bikes, mopeds, cars etc.). Main features include vehicle control (lock, unlock, location and more), subscriptions, payments, our unique Loyalty module to maximize client engagement, AI-powered park-proof photo checks and easy fleet management via our operator service app that makes ground operations smoother.
Digital rental is designed to digitalize the classic car rental experience and minimize the customer’s time and effort spent pre-booking a vehicle. It also can be used for other vehicle types, such as ebikes and mopeds, for example. Main features include dynamic pricing (the longer the rental period, the better the daily price), in-app bookings and cancellations and easy navigation to the pre-booked vehicle.
Ride-hailing lets you launch your taxi operations and easily onboard drivers onto your platform. Main features include a dispatch system, different payment options (cash vs. payment card), taxi ride pre-ordering and ride price adjustment according to the taximeter.

ATOM Academy is absolutely FREE for all our customers. If you are not an ATOM Mobility customer, you can still access around 50% of the course free of charge and the remaining 50% for a small fee that would later be deducted from the software cost should you decide to become our customer.
No. As we do not invest in the companies, we do not expect or require you to give up any equity. You and your co-founders will remain 100% owners of the business.

This is possible using ATOM’s demo software (dashboard and mobile apps). Our support team will help you in an online video call to add a vehicle or driver to the ATOM platform, where you will be able to test the core functionality of the dashboard, as well as the entire user flow of the customer for the mobile apps. After the application deadline, the scouting team will evaluate all the applications for eligibility. The eligible applications will be evaluated by the lead mentors and experts in the field of mobility to short-list the applications that are the best fit for the programme. The shortlisted individuals/teams will be invited to a short 10-minute call to talk over your expectations and needs and to see if the program can meet them. The top 15 teams will be selected for participation in the program.
We charge a one-time set-up fee upfront and then monthly for the requested rides or vehicles connected via the platform. The rates decrease as the number of rides/vehicles goes up. We have several tiers available.
ATOM Mobility is primarily a software provider, however, we have very helpful resources in the ATOM Academy (free video lessons) about planning and launching your mobility business, managing operations and scaling over time. We also have dozens of blog posts covering important topics, and our team can answer most of the business planning questions over video call.
The experience may be different for each team. You will start with setting your individual goals together with the lead mentor. Everything that happens next will be aimed at achieving your goals and helping to solve your individual challenges. On top of that, there will be a few milestones that you will have to achieve at various points in the programme.
We have a dynamic pricing model, and our monthly fee depends on the number of rides your clients complete or amount of vehicles connected. The more they ride, the less you pay! For more details contact our sales team.
ATOM Mobility offers different integrations based on your needs. 3rd party integrations for customer support include Intercom, Mavenoid and Zendesk; marketing integrations for more targeted customer outreach through OneSignal and Intercom; Integration with the invoicing system; Amplitude integration for additional app analytics; Anadue for fleet operations analytics; SumSub integration for ID verification, as well as more than fifteen payment gateway and IoT module integrations. These are just a few of the integrations we already support.
The program is fully remote and will try to be as flexible as possible.
Absolutely! You can upgrade your subscription plan at any time. You will simply have to pay the difference between set up fees of the plans if you are switching to a higher plan.
ATOM Mobility dashboard gives you the ability to monitor the locations and statuses of your vehicles based on IoT device information and based on phone data in the case of ride-hailing, as well as send remote commands directly from the dashboard.
If selected, you are expected to actively participate in all the sessions, especially live workshops, i.e. at least one person from your team should be present. When it comes to individual sessions, these might be rescheduled after previously agreeing on them.
