We empower entrepreneurs and SME to launch their own vehicle sharing platforms just in 20 days. ATOM Mobility provides customers with all-in-one technological solution to operate fleet of shared scooters, bikes, mopeds, cars and even forklifts.
Now we are looking for an ambitious Customer Success Specialist who is ready to roll-up the sleeves and scale with us 5x in the next 12 months. Let's bring shared mobility to another 100 cities worldwide!
📈 Your daily tasks will include:
- Be the first point of contact for ATOM Mobility's customer enquiries;- Lead and improve the onboarding process for new clients;- Establish and support knowledge base;- Proactively seek upsell opportunities and deliver against company targets;- Describe new product features and make sure customers understand the value of each feature;- Build long-term relationships with the existing client base;
✅ What we expect from you:
- Passion for helping people;- 2+ year of experience in customer success or customer support at software/tech/IT company;- Startup experience is a plus;- Excellent written and spoken English;- Great communication, presentation and listening skills;
- Energetic, proactive, mature, well-organized person with great multitasking and prioritisation skills.
