We empower entrepreneurs and SME to launch their own vehicle sharing platforms just in 20 days. ATOM Mobility provides customers with all-in-one technological solution to operate fleet of shared scooters, bikes, mopeds, cars and even forklifts.
Now we are looking for an ambitious Customer Success Manager who is ready to roll-up the sleeves and scale with us 5x in the next 12 months. Let's bring shared mobility to another 100 cities worldwide!
📈 Your daily tasks will include:
- Onboard new B2B customers to the ATOM Mobility platform;- Provide on-line trainings and introduce new features to customers;- Be primary point of contact for any customer concerns regarding product, support and billing;- Identify upsell opportunities and hit monthly goals;- Be the voice of the customer within the company.
✅ What we expect from you:
- At least 2+ years of experience in B2B SAAS customer success manager role;- Relevant industry knowledge in automotive/mobility/technology industry;- Excellent written and spoken English language;- Great communication, presentation and listening skills;- Energetic, proactive, mature, well-organized person with great multitasking and prioritisation skills.
